Reset Workshops

Leave feeling you have been on a mini retreat. These workshops are 2 hours of mindful breath, gentle movement, blending flow yin and restorative yoga, followed by a deep relaxation with mini sound bath. There are a few nice surprises too.

This can also be brought to you which is a lovely idea for a girls night in with a difference or party idea.
